Dr. David's Story

David R. Leffler, Ph.D., Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS) Dr. Leffler received his Ph.D. on the topic of Invincible Defense Technology, a scientifically-validated approach to prevent terrorism and war (for more info about IDT please see below) from Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force for eight years. Dr. Leffler was assigned to Tactical Air Command (TAC), United States Armed Forces in Europe (USAFE), Air Training Command (ATC) and Strategic Air Command (SAC). His military decorations include: the United States Air Force Commendation Medal, the United States Air Force Achievement Medal, the United States National Defense Service Medal, and the United States Air Force Good Conduct Medal, with one oak leaf cluster. Dr. Leffler served as an Associate of the Proteus Management Group at the Center for Strategic Leadership, US Army War College and is a member of the U.S. Naval Institute. He is the Executive director, at the Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS) at the Institute for Science, Technology and Public Policy. Dr. Leffler has given presentations on IDT defense at the Russian Air Force Academy, the Russian Academy of Sciences, and defense-related institutions in the U.S.A. His other academic degrees include: a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in the Science of Creative Intelligence from Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa and an M.M. in Education from New Mexico State University at Las Cruces. You may be interested in reading articles by Lt. Gen. J. Villamil, Maj. Gen. K. Singh, and Dr. Leffler about using IDT to prevent war and terrorism. Dr. Singh's article talks about the latest book by IDT advocate Colonel (Dr.) Brian M. Rees, former Brigade Surgeon US Army, Bagram, Afghanistan. Dr. Rees groundbreaking book entitled "Terrorism, Retaliation and Victory." advocates this scientifically validated and field-tested approach to prevent terrorism and discusses studies conducted on it. Col. Rees writes: "You probably haven't heard much abou...Expand for more
t these studies. I am surprised that some ambitious investigative reporter hasn't gotten the bit between his teeth and chased this story down. It is either one of the most important findings in the history of science, or else it is a juicy piece of fraudulent science; either way it's a great story from the journalist's perspective. I have personally interviewed a number of the original researchers, and I am convinced of their scientific integrity." COL Rees's US Army War College masters degree research paper entitled "The Application of Strategic Stress Management in Winning the Peace" is on the topic of Invincible Defense Technology. Dr. Rees gave a presentation about it at the Association of Military Surgeons of the U.S. (AMSUS) on 12 Nov 2007. The previously mentioned publications also discuss a peer-reviewed study published in the "Journal of Offender Rehabilitation" showing 72% reduction in international terrorism (p<.025) when IDT was properly deployed. The study used Rand think tank data. This finding as well as many other peer-reviewed studies done on IDT are important, because most defense strategies and tactics are not backed by peer-reviewed research. For instance, can you name any studies published in reputable journals that indicate that bombing reduces terrorism and war? Military analysts may recall the article "When Nothing Works" in the 28 Oct 85 issue of the Army Times. In the article, a scientist proposed military use of IDT. Since this time this technology has been successfully deployed. Nine countries in Latin America are due to achieve invincibility in the next months, with large groups in the military and in educational settings currently receiving IDT training. If you would like to review information about these field-tests and to read these articles please visit the Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS) website. CAMS has an impressive group of IDT experts, including Captain Raymond E. Seebald, U.S. Coast Guard (Ret.), a military aide to President Ronald W. Reagan and President George H. Bush.
